After 14 years, 26 top ten hits including 14 number one singles, 11 top 5 albums, 7 of which hit the top spot and have collectively sold over 44 million copies around the world and 10 sell out tours, WESTLIFE announced their plans last month to go their separate ways after a Greatest Hits collection release and a farewell tour next year.
The Band said: "It's almost hard to believe that we've been doing this for as long as we have. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved and are looking forward to releasing our Greatest Hits album and performing them live on the tour as a special thank you to our fans who have supported us throughout our career."
WESTLIFE have now confirmed Belfast will be added to their Greatest Hits Tour – they will play the Odyssey Arena on 29 May & 30 May 2012. Due to demand, 2 extra Belfast Shows on Friday 1 & Saturday 2 June were added and now a 5th & Final Show has been confirmed for 20 June 2012. Tickets for the final date go on sale Monday 19 December at 9.00am from all usual outlets.
